Obituary for David DuBow

David Dennis DuBow, 91, of West Hartford, loving husband of the late Bernice (Levey) DuBow died Saturday, January 7, 2017. He was born December 14, 1925, son of the late Nathan and Lillian (Goldstein) Dobowsky. He was a veteran of World War II having served in the U.S. Army Air Corps. David was an innovative entrepreneur having owned and operated several auto repair shops and real estate corporations. He enjoyed good food, loved to spend time with his family and always enjoyed a good joke. David was unhesitatingly generous, broad minded and compassionate. He will be missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his children, Lyn Gruber and Brad DuBow and his wife Lori; was the doting grandfather of Chad and Vidalia Gruber, Bryce and Yosef Hermon, Jared and Jessica Gruber, Brett and Adam Fiore, Dale and Sean Santay and Vaughn and Faith DuBow, and 10 adored great grandchildren.
