Condolence: I miss you so much...

Condolence: Please accept my sincere condolences for the loss of Dan. No words could ever convey the pain of your heart but our loving Creator and Heavenly Father does know. He has promised that very soon this enemy death and all the things that bring our hearts pain will be a distant memory-Revelation 21:3/4. Until then please find comfort in knowing that "He is close to the broken hearted and those crushed in spirit he saves"-Psalm 34:18. It is my hope that these passages along with your loving memories of Dan comfort your hearts and give you a measure of peace during this most difficult time.

Condolence: Writing about Dan in the past tense is unreal.
He was a sweet, vibrant soul who will live on in the hearts and minds of so many.

Condolence: Dan and I shared many of the same hobbies like fishing, building things, fixing things (wether they needed fix'in or not). I passed on my family fishing tradition of spending countless amounts of money on the best rods, reels, and lures. Proceed to the body of water of your choice, and catch...........nothing. My dad, Richard Sr., couldn't catch fish, my self, Rich Jr. couldn't catch fish, and, some how I feel that I passed that gift down to Daniel. The were a couple times we were down by the mighty Farmington River, casting our lures and flies in the perfect spots and catching.... nothing. The legacy will live on! Silas is almost old enough!

Our trip to Dick's Sporting Goods where we were deciding on the best weapons for the zombie apocalypse was when I knew in my heart that you were part of my family and we were never going to have to fear those crappy undead. We were locked and loaded!!!!!!!

You and Mel getting your permits together, just like her mom and me, Brought tears to my eyes. You old romantic, you.

But, the bottom line here is that I didn't lose Melissa's boyfriend or fiance, I lost a son. I love you Dan and I miss you terribly.

Condolence: Dan, my friend, you are going to be so greatly missed. I still cannot believe this is real. I am so heartbroken that words cannot explain. Every morning, no matter my mood, your "Good morning Kim, how are you?" always started my day off on a good note. Whether a story about my kids, or a silly video, you were always ready to listen or watch. Your absence will be felt forever. Thank you for being a part of my life dear friend.

Condolence: Stunned, speechless, heartbroken. Dan, thank you for being in my life and teaching many things. I have thousands of memories, mostly good, some not so good, of you growing up. Your sense of humor was like nobody else, Your kind gentle soul towards the young/old and animals was remarkable. You've grown into a gentleman who was taken way too soon. You will always be held in a special spot in my heart. Shelley, I am so so very sorry. Lean on those who are around to help you through the next few days when it will seem unbearable.
