Derek T Reeves, 46, passed away Monday, August 14, 2017 at home from a heart attack. Born in New Britain, grew up in Canton. Graduated from New England Tractor Trailer School.
He is survived by his mother Lynda Faith Chrzanowski and step father Roy; his brother, Scott (Michelle)Reeves; nephews, Thomas and Ritchie Reeves; his uncle, James(Carol) Reeves; his aunts, Rita Johnson, Betty (Ed) Bowerman and Mary (Steve) Heizer and 13 cousins. He was predeceased by his father, Thomas T. Reeves, Jr, his infant brother, Jayson A. Reeves, his grandparents, Edward A. and Pat (Tomlin) Faith and Thomas T. and Catherine Reeves and his uncles Richard P Reeves, Robert Reeves.
Derek will be remembered for his kind and caring heart and a good friend to many. He was an accomplished guitarist playing with several area bands.
Calling hours will be held Wednesday, August 23rd from 3:00 PM -4:00 P with a memorial service immediately following at the Vincent Funeral Home, 120 Albany Tpke., in Canton.
