Condolence: As much difficult as Chemistry was for me Mr. Ziegra made it fun and interesting. I will never forget one day he was showing us what would happen when certain chemicals were mixed. The result was an unforgettable stench of rotting eggs. The class room being directly below the principals office it was long after our principal came bounding down to see what had happened. He will never be forgotten. Sandy Hunt
Condolence: Mr. Zierga was my chemistry teacher in 1959 in Simsbury. I'll always remember his lab coat flapping wildly as he frantically scratched out chemical formulas on the chalkboard. I thought I would dislike chemistry, but Mr. Ziegra made the course fun with his experiments and good humor. He was a good teacher and a real nice person. My condolences to his wife and family.
