Obituary for Jose M. Incillo

Jose M. “Ho” Incillo, 62, of Bristol, passed away Saturday, June 18, 2016 peacefully at home. He was born in Manhattan, NY, son of the late Eladio Y. Incillo and Providencia M. Incillo and had lived in Bristol for 38 years. He was a graduate of Canton High School, Class of 1972. Jose was a chef for many years at The Silo, Midway and Conti’s restaurants. He concluded his working career as painting foreman with New Cambridge Painting. He enjoyed fishing and spending time at Hawks Nest Beach with his family. He also liked NASCAR Racing and playing the guitar. Affectionately known as “Grandpa Ho”, his comedic antics and loving nature will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him. He was predeceased by his lifelong companion Judy “Deary” Melnick. He is survived by his family and their spouses, Lori and Kurt Jones and Brian and Rachel Beckwith; his five grandchildren, Maxwell, Nicholas, Alexander, Amanda, and Evelyn who loved their “Grandpa Ho” dearly; his siblings, Ed Incillo and wife Deb of Torrington, Josephine Capitanio and husband Toby of Bristol, John Incillo and wife Ellen of West Simsbury, Michael Incillo and wife Suki of Hartland, Rita Wabrek and husband Walter of New Hartford, James Incillo and wife Cherie of Farmington, Linda Incillo of North Carolina and Jeanette Jackson and husband Stacey of North Carolina. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews who loved Uncle “Ho” dearly. A memorial service will be held Thursday, June 30th at 7:00 pm at the Vincent Funeral Home, 120 Albany Turnpike, Canton. Friends are invited to call prior to the service from 4:00 to 7:00 pm.
