Obituary for Rose Spradlin

Rose M. (Salvatore) Spradlin, 57, of Simsbury, beloved wife of Michael Spradlin, died unexpectedly on Friday, December 14, 2018. She was born July 18, 1961 in Hartford, daughter of the late Roland and Frances (Tusia) Salvatore and had lived in Fort Worth, TX prior to moving to Simsbury 12 years ago. Mrs. Spradlin worked with her husband at CT Elite Baseball. She was a member of the Republican Party and the Valley Community Baptist Church. Rose loved God, politics, gardening, her dogs and animals and most of all, spending time with her family.

In addition to her husband of 21 years, she is survived by her two sons, Jack Mulcahy and his fiancée Molly Melanson of Granby and Ian Spradlin of Simsbury; her sister, JoAnn Torgersen and her husband Ted of Tampa, FL; her brother, Roland Salvatore, Jr. and his wife Carol Ann of East Hartland; her niece, Christina Bristol and her husband Sean; her nephews, RJ and Nick Salvatore; her great niece, Alexa Bristol and her great nephew, Casen Bristol and her Mustangs Family.

Her family will receive friends on Friday, December 21st from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Vincent Funeral Home, 880 Hopmeadow Street in Simsbury. Service will be private.
