Condolences

Condolence From: Robert Stewart
Condolence: May the promise found at Isaiah 25:8 bring some comfort in the death of Donald Brush. "He will swallow up death forever. The Sovereign Lord will wipe away the tears from all faces." Just imagine, no more pain and grief due to the death of a love one! By means of the Kingdom that Jesus Christ taught us to pray for at Matthew 6:9,10; God is going to remove sickness, old age and death from the human family. God's original purpose for the earth being a paradise will be realized.

Condolence From: Wally and Judy Matson
Condolence: Dear Judy, Laurie, Lise and Carrie. We want to express our deepest sympathy to you at this time. Your husband/dad was a true gentleman and a rare combination of toughness and compassion. We will remember him fondly. And may your memories of him be a source of comfort and pride. We love you all and offer our support when and if you need us.

Condolence From: Ken Brooks
Condolence: I am very sorry to read in the Danbury newspaper of your loss. Although over a decade younger than my own Dad, who likewise attended Yale and also spent his last years at Duncaster, your Donald seems to be of that generation that still held to gentlemanliness and courtesy.
And by the way, perhaps the unknown author to whom you refer is Rudyard Kipling, who penned these lines as the closing stanza of his immortal ode to true manliness, "If":

"If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
' Or walk with Kings - nor lose the common touch,
if neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you,
If all men count with you, but none too much;
If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty seconds' worth of distance run,
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And - which is more - you'll be a Man, my son!"

It sounds like your Donald was such a man. Please accept my condolences.

Condolence From: Ted Harry
Condolence: We are so sorry for your loss. When this happens in our family we need more than human strength. God and his Son can provide what we need. Please review these scriptures : John 5:28-29 “Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice 29 and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, and those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgment.”
Revelation 21:4 “And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.
