Dennis Patrick “Pat” Murphy, 72, of Pine Meadow, beloved husband of Angela (Wegscheider) Murphy, died Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at Smilow Yale New Haven Hospital. He was born March 17, 1947 in Oakland, CA, son of the late John Francis Murphy and Carolyn (Hamilton) Murphy. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force having served during the Vietnam War. Patrick was a National Accounts Service Manager for the OCE Printing Systems USA for many years. He enjoyed spending time with his family and working on home improvement projects.

In addition to his loving wife of 27 years, Pat is survived by his two daughters, Erin Dufresne and husband Ross of Canton and Amanda Carlson and husband John of Wallingford; his brothers, John Murphy and wife Sandra of Williston, FL and Robert Murphy and wife Peggy of Pine Meadow; his sister, Colleen Johnson and husband Tom of Archer, FL; four grandchildren, Tyler, Madison and Brady Dufresne and Ava Carlson and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his step mother, Joyce Murphy.

A memorial service will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 30th at the Vincent Funeral Home, 120 Albany Turnpike in Canton. Burial with military honors will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery in Pine Meadow.
