I only know Mr. Pappalardo through his son, who I work with on the Fishery Management Council. Through his son and family, Mr. Pappalardo left a caring, kind, and skillful legacy. My condolences are given to the family for your loss and grief, but when you least expect it, he will return to your memories as if he were standing there right before your eyes.

Toni
Sorry to hear of John's passing. John and I sharred many common Norwich experiences as we looked so much alike in those early days. We took great delight being misidentified by the upperclassmen cadre which caused them much confusion to say the least. Much respect for John's many life's accomplishments and I join with John's Norwich classmates in expressing our condolences. Rest easy now John.
