Obituary for Everett Larson

Everett Larson passed away on January 27, 2020 at his home. He was born on June 2, 1935 to Elsie Duberg and Felix Larson and lived in Collinsville all his life. He graduated Canton High School and then attended Boston Univ. School of Aircraft Maintenance Engineering. He then served in U.S. Airforce as a Technical Instructor. He had a keen interest in all mechanical things, working in various automotive positions. He retired from his favorite job at Ski Sundown. Hobbies included model railroading, computer programming and building various mechanical devices. He was also a musician and played tuba in the Farmington Valley Band for 44 years.

He is survived by his wife Angela; sons Christopher, Jeffrey and wife Olive and Timothy; daughter, JoAnne and husband Keith; two granddaughters, Allegra and Iyla; his sister, Faith Gladkoff of California and various nephews and nieces.

A memorial service will be celebrated at 11:30 AM on Friday, January 31st at the Vincent Funeral Home, 120 Albany Turnpike in Canton. His family will receive friends prior to the service, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM. Private burial at Village Cemetery in Collinsville will be in the spring.
