Kylene Noel Mancarella, 42, of East Canaan, died Friday, March 12, 2021 at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital in Torrington. She was born February 22, 1979 in Hartford, the beloved daughter of Kathleen (Bean) Mancarella of Avon and the late Thomas Mancarella. Ky was educated in culinary arts and was a talented Chef who loved to cook for others. She owned and operated Culinary Creations by Kylene and throughout her career, worked in several local establishments. Ky was an animal lover, enjoyed horseback riding in her youth, fishing and reading.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her sister, Krista Mancarella of North Granby and her brother, Thomas Mancarella, Jr. and his wife Kate of Winsted

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Friday, March 19th at St. Catherine of Siena Church, 265 Stratton Brook Road in West Simsbury.
