On Saturday, May 15, 2021, Adam Chase of West Simsbury, husband, father, son and brother, passed away suddenly at the age of 45 years. Adam will be forever remembered by his wife and best friend Ashley, his son Addison of Palm Harbor, FL and stepdaughter Ava of West Simsbury, by his parents Rick and Diane Chase of Tampa, FL, and by his sister Jennifer and her husband Brian of Seffner, FL, nephew Chase of Seffner, FL and niece Samantha and her husband Edwin of Tampa, FL. Adam will also be remembered by his extended family and dear friends.

Adam was a dedicated husband and father with a vivacious personality who always made people around him laugh. He was born June 11, 1975 in Urbana, NY, to Richard Steven and Diane Susan (Holzer) Chase. He moved to Florida at the age of 9 and lived there until 2014 when he relocated with his wife and stepdaughter to Connecticut. Adam was an Insurance Agent for Insuritas and had worked in the insurance industry for 22 years.

Adam relished time spent with his family and friends and his dog, Buddy. He also loved tinkering with his bike and was a true Parrothead who enjoyed listening to Jimmy Buffett and spending time outdoors. We will always remember his infectious smile and caring personality. His presence in our lives will be sorely missed.
