Obituary for David Fuller

David Prescott Fuller, 77, of Simsbury, CT passed away at his home on Sunday, August 8th, 2021. Born in Savannah, GA to Prescott Chase and Jeanne (Burt) Fuller, David grew up in Darien, CT. He lived his adult life in Simsbury where he owned and operated Prescott Building Services until retiring. David remained very active throughout his retirement spending countless hours building in his beloved wood shop. He spent his winters on Captiva Island and in Cape Coral, Florida. David was happiest surrounded by friends and family in the “deckhouse” in Simsbury, on his boat in Florida, or playing golf. He loved entertaining and will be remembered for his friendly and outgoing nature. David truly never met a stranger!

He leaves behind his son, Mark Fuller (his wife Star, and their children Camden, Knox, and Georgia). He also leaves behind two step-children Kimberly J. Lazich and Kevin J. Lazich and his wife Vivian as well as their three children Christopher Lazich (his wife, Hillary, and their daughter, Charlotte Joy), Benjamin Lazich (his wife, Gabriela, and their son, Matthew), and Gabrielle (Lazich) Podmostka (her husband, Al). He is also survived by his companion, Karen Labout and his former spouse, Sheila Fuller. David was predeceased by his wife, Joyce Fuller, as well as his sister Kanga (Susan) Price.
