Audrey Joyce (Fox) Minnich, 94, of Spring Hill, FL, wife of the late Donald Emerson Minnich, died Saturday, November 26, 2022 at her daughter’s home in West Simsbury. She was born February 20, 1928 in Upper Darby, PA, daughter of the late Joe E. and Alwilda (Burris) Fox and had lived in Avon for many years prior to moving to Spring Hill, FL. Audrey had worked for General Electric prior to raising her family. She was a member of Ebenezer United Methodist Church in Havertown, PA, Lansdowne Methodist Church in Lansdowne, PA, St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Avon and the First United Methodist Church in Spring Hill, FL. Audrey was also a member of the Avon Junior Women’s Club. She loved playing bridge and cards, having been a member of several clubs in her communities over the years as well as playing Mahjong and Euchre. Audrey enjoyed bowling and playing golf as well as knitting. She was also Cub Scout and Girl Scout leader for many years.

She is survived by her daughter, Donna Jean Pandolfi and husband Gary of West Simsbury; her son, Neil Joe Minnich of Fort Lauderdale, FL; her granddaughter, Erica Joyce Pandolfi of West Simsbury and her grandson, Ethan John Pandolfi and his wife Dani of Concord CA. She was predeceased by a son, David Emerson Minnich and sister, Jeanne Wood.

A service to celebrate her life will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, December 17th at the Vincent Funeral Home, 880 Hopmeadow Street in Simsbury.
