Judith (Marcellino) Picard, 70, of Canton, died Friday, December 16, 2022 at Windsor Health and Rehab. She was born October 2, 1952 in Hartford, daughter of the late Frank and Rita (Sullivan) Marcellino and had lived in West Hartford prior to moving to Canton 15 years ago. She had worked at The Hartford for many years and in retirement was a Clerk at Pier One and Shop Rite. Judi enjoyed reading, listening to music, going out with her friends and most of all spending time with family, especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by her son, Dana Picard of Enfield; her daughter, Stephanie Handel and husband Raymond of Canton; her brother, Frank Marcellino and wife Kay of Concord, NH; her sister, Janet Marcellino of Newington; her grandchildren, Rylie, Jackson, Skylar, Lexi, Basil, Logan and Haley and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 22nd, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Vincent Funeral Home, 120 Albany Turnpike in Canton. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, December 23rd at Mt. St. Benedict Cemetery, 1 Cottage Grove Road in Bloomfield.
