David J. Cote, 64, of Harwinton, son of the late Leo and Irene Cote, passed away peacefully in the early morning of February 13th. He is survived by his older brother and sister Joe, and Joanne, as well as younger brothers, Donald, Patrick, and Timothy along with many nieces and nephews.

David attended Lewis Mills high school and began his career working for Superior Building Maintenance, Rapid Dairy Transport and then Elm Press in Terryville. He made Torrington his home over 30 years ago, where he would spend his time after a long weeks work with his brothers or friends, spending time looking for laughs, or working on one of his many projects. David was a soft spoken, and hard working man, whose honesty and humor will be missed.
