Obituary for Stacey Lynne Ahlman

Stacey Lynne Ahlman, 51, of Torrington, died Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at John Dempsey Hospital. She was born November 11, 1971, in Torrington, daughter of the late David E. Ahlman and Sharon A. (Bouley) Santopietro. Stacey attended Torrington High School and Naugatuck Community College in Waterbury, CT and was a Paralegal for several law firms in Waterbury, Southbury and Torrington. As a child, she was a member of the TAG “Talented and Gifted” Program in school. She was a member and Officer of the East School PTO and was a Den Leader of Cub Scouts for many years. She enjoyed vacations and day trips to the beach, researching her family’s history, reading and later in her life drawing and painting. Most of all she adored spending time with her son and best friend, Taylor.

Stacey is survived by her son, Taylor Rosado of Torrington; her siblings, Shawn Chandler and David Ahlman (Christy), also of Torrington, Robert Santopietro (Kelley), Michelle Coley and Marcie Francis (Peter); her niece, Caroline Ahlman and nephews, Dustyn (Gabby), and Brandon Marfyak (girlfriend Jordan) and Matthew, Ryan and Michael Ahlman. She was predeceased by her parents Sharon and Michael Santopietro and David Ahlman.

Calling hours will be held at the Vincent Funeral Home, 120 Albany Turnpike in Canton on Friday, May 19th from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, closing with a prayer service at 11:00 AM.
