Condolence: TJ, I am sorry to hear about your dad, yet am grateful he was at peace. I didn't have a chance to meet him although I know he meant the world to you...and that he will shine through you for many years to come.
Prayers for peace and fond memories.

Condolence: My prayers go out to the Connolly family. I had the wonderful opportunity to meet Bill Connolly at my job and became friends with him and his immediate family. I always enjoyed the stories he would share of his dad and growing up within his family. Bill I ask that GOD blesses your family and that the transition without your dad is one filled with peace and wonderful memories. He is with your mom in heaven and I bet she made him her chocolate pie in heaven to welcome being with the love of her live once again!

Condolence:
I extend my deepest sympathy and condolences to Maura, TJ, William and Andrew and families.
I was honored to have known Tom for the last ten years and always enjoyed his sense of humor, even when he was having physical challenges.
Tom always spoke with great pride about his children and grandchildren. I know you all made him very proud.
Five or six years ago, when I visited him in the Meadowbrook rehab in Granby and he was not able to swallow, he insisted that I take his Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue given to him by a friend before Carol saw it. I will forever think of Tom whenever I see a Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition.
I will miss Tom but his always remember his smile and warm personality.

Condolence From: Kevin Walsh
Condolence: Dear Connolly Family, Your parents helped bring the South Boston tradition to the Walsh family's annual St.Patrick's Day Party. They helped make it a special event each year. The Lace Curtain Irish of Boston, we really showed the Connecticut Yankees how to start the party with a Boiler Maker (a shot of Irish Whiskey and a beer instead of the usual gin and tonic or scotch and water). For many the corner beef and cabbage was a first! Tom always brought something special to a gathering. I shared his love of hockey and golf. I know he always played the game with grit and determination. I always enjoyed being with him and miss him. Kevin Walsh

Condolence: Dear Connolly Family:
I haven't been around "Mr. Connolly" for about 100 years, but I can still hear him telling us, in that Southie accent, what time to meet at the Chart House parking lot, so the team could carpool to Enfield or Avon Old Farms, or some other frozen rink.
To me, Tom Connolly was one of the old guard hockey Dads that everyone liked. He was a good guy and always kept a sense of humor.
My condolences to you all.
