To Liz (Betty-Ann) and the Daly family, I am so sad to hear about Frank. I went to NWC with him and crossed paths with him numerous times since. I was thrilled to know he married my old babysitter and found his true life partner. I will remember Frank as someone who always made me feel as if he had just seen a long lost friend no matter how much time had passed in between. He had that wonderful gift of always making everyone smile. My prayers are with you all.
