Dear Dave, Leigh, Tommy and Katie. I had the pleasure of meeting Davey a few times when coaching youth lacrosse with Dave and Tommy, and again with Katie. It was noticeable how much respect Davey had for his parents and how much love and support he had for his siblings. Most kids his age are naturally more focused on their own cares. Davey really stood out as someone who was interested in seeing both Tommy and Katie succeed as well as himself. That was a rare quality for someone his age, and an admirable trait for Davey as a young man. It was the thing I was reminded of the most when I learned of his passing.
