I had the privilege of working with Cathy in the 90s at Security CT Life Insurance in Avon,CT. She was a wonderful business partner and friend - and boy could she work magic with a calculator! There were countless times where Cathy would be the only actuary who could simplify a complex policy algorithm, and then covert it into human terms that you could then explain with confidence to a policyholder. She had a warm personality, a rich laugh, and a zest for her work and life that was refreshing and engaging. My deep condolences to her family -and may many wonderful, loving memories sustain you through this difficult time. God bless you, and rest her soul.
